Description

Cake is two layers of  spice flavour.

Filling is a vanilla buttercream.

Decoration is a number of complex  vanilla fondant items and vanilla buttercream. with a chocolate fondant name plaque.

Black fondant mortar board,  a biology textbook, a happy tooth and the logo of the High School attended  and the college to which she is going.

Amanda graduated from High School and is to pursue a dentistry degree.

This cake was one of several cakes made for a graduation celebration.  Each cake was designed to reflect the degree obtained and the future plans or, in the case of High School grads, to reflect the further course of study they were to undertake..
